First ICF house in the North with certified A+ energy class.
Single-family T4 house with 270m², built entirely using the ICF system. The walls were ready in 9 days, compared to 90 with traditional methods. The A+ energy certification attests to the thermal comfort and low energy bill the system enables. A pilot project that paved the way for other ICF works in the region.
