Refurbishment of a century-old apartment, preserving stucco and original ceilings.
1930s apartment with 160m². We restored the stucco ceilings, recovered the original Riga pine flooring and modernized all electrical and sanitary installations while keeping the soul of the property. Work carried out with municipal licensing and CMP approval.
